Sliced potatoes on bottom of crockpot, then place chicken on top of that. Add grated carrots to soup mixture and pour ontop of chicken. Cook the same as above. (from Lisa Hughes, Ephraim, UT and Jessica West, St. George, UT)

Pancakes or Waffles, you choose

2 eggs, separated
2 cups milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4-1/3 cup oil
2 cup flour, I use wheat flour

For waffles: Beat the egg whites into stiff peaks in a separate bowl. Add the egg yolks with milk, baking powder, baking soda, salt and oil. Mix well, then add flour. Fold in egg whites by hand. Bake on waffle iron and serve! If making pancakes, you do not need to separate the eggs. The rest of the instructions are the same.

Chicken Alfredo Pizza

Heat oven to 350.

3 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cubed
2 TB garlic powder
1TB minced garlic
salt to taste
1 tsp oregano
2 TB olive oil

Combine above ingredients in a skillet and saute chicken.

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temp. is best
1/3 cup parmesian cheese, (the kind you put on spaghetti, right out of the round tube)
1/2 cup milk

Heat on stove, stir often, stir until smooth. You can add more milk if it is too thick.

You can use whatever pizza dough recipe you have. Also you can go to the bakery of your local grocery store and ask if they will sell you some of their bread dough. Most of them will. Roll out the dough and put on pizza pan. Top with sauce, chicken, mushrooms, bacon, mozzerella sauce and tomatoes (put tomatoes on when done cooking). Cook at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
