4 chicken breasts (frozen or not)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 env. dry Italian dressing mix
Mix dressing with soup, pour over chicken and place in a crockpot for 4 hours if not frozen, or 7 hours if frozen. Serve over rice.
Alternative:
Sliced potatoes on bottom of crockpot, then place chicken on top of that. Add grated carrots to soup mixture and pour ontop of chicken. Cook the same as above. (from Lisa Hughes, Ephraim, UT and Jessica West, St. George, UT)

I LOVE this recipe, a neighbor of mine made this for our fam when CJ was born and I have LOVED it ever since. That is a good one for sure!
