Banana Bread

4 large ripe bananas, I keep in freezer until ready to use. Thaw out before smashing.
4 eggs
1 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3 cup flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp salt

Mix in order. Grease and flour bread pans. Bake at 250 for 1 1/2 hours. Can sprinkle pecans on top before baking.
